Yoga Brings People Together
She noted that the word “Yoga” means “to connect” and can strengthen connections not just within oneself but across families, communities, and even countries.
Health Through Prevention
President Murmu emphasized the importance of prevention over cure. She encouraged people to make yoga a regular part of their lifestyle and inspire others to do the same.
“When a person is healthy, the family stays healthy. When society is healthy, the nation prospers.”
